Privacy Policy
What we collect when you contact us, why we keep it, and how to get it removed. Last updated 24 August 2026.
Who is responsible
Lepoku Oy (Business ID 3648958‑1), Rovaniemi, Finland, is the controller for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
This site sets no cookies
We use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so loading a page on lepoku.com sends your data to nobody but us. That is also why you are not being asked to accept anything.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and your message. Together with it we receive the IP address and country the request came from, which our infrastructure records as part of delivering it and which help us recognise automated abuse.
We do not collect anything else, and there is no account to create.
Why we are allowed to hold it
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If the exchange turns into a project, the basis becomes the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
Who else sees it
Two service providers process the message on our behalf, both under data processing agreements:
- Cloudflare serves this site and receives the form submission in transit.
- Resend delivers the message to our mailbox. We use its EU region, so the message is processed within the European Union.
Our own mailbox is hosted by Google. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 12 months. If we end up working together, correspondence is kept for as long as the client relationship lasts and for the period Finnish accounting law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our use of it altogether. Email [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
