Prototype

We build a working prototype against your real data and put it in your hands. It's rough on purpose — the point is to find out fast whether the approach holds, before the real budget is spent.

Ship

WHAT HAPPENS

We build the production version: tests, monitoring, deployment, documentation. You review working software weekly — not status reports.

Iterate

WHAT HAPPENS

Once it's live, we measure what it actually saves. Then we extend what earns its place and remove what doesn't. Some clients keep a small retainer; some just take the keys.

Principles
